Philosophy of Care

Dr. Creighton is committed to providing equitable and excellent health care to each individual. For neuropsychological evaluations, she works to conduct an unbiased and accurate assessment of each patient’s cognitive abilities. In assessment and treatment, she strives to create an environment of openness, trust, and safety where clients can freely discuss their attitudes, feelings, beliefs, and values. Dr. Creighton understands that not all individuals receive the same opportunity and access to quality health care. Pervasive and institutionalized inequities and disparities exist based on many factors, including race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, religious beliefs, and disability status. She strives to respect the dignity and worth of each of her patients; she aims to truly listen to her patients and understand their experience.

We are very grateful to Dr. Creighton for meeting with us.
The technology you use is terribly annoying. I conform via text and still get asked to confirm in a variety of different ways. The way to join is difficult and rarely works the first time. Checking in for a virtual appointment is unnecessary and constant email aNd text messaging is annoying.
Excellent
She is highly professional and demonstrates exceptional expertise in their practice.
It was good, thorough. We'll see if it works.
